Box Office Summer Hours*
Tuesday through Friday - 10 am to 4 pm
*The Box Office is always open during Arena shows.
We strongly suggest that patrons ALWAYS purchase tickets from a legitimate Ticketmaster outlet. Hara accepts no responsibility for those attempting to use counterfeit tickets or previously-used tickets. NEVER purchase a ticket in the Hara parking lot for an event from anyone. The ticket may be a bad ticket regardless of what it may look like. In most cases, Hara no longer tears a ticket in half once it has been used. Just because it is a "whole" ticket does not mean it will be any good when it is scanned into our electronic barcoding system. In this later case, the patron simply loses his/her investment in the bad ticket.
Payment Accepted at Box Office:
The Box Office only accepts Visa, MasterCard or cash for events at Hara Arena. There is an ATM on the premises. The Hara Box Office does NOT sell tickets by phone or for events being held at facilities other than Hara. They must be purchased through Ticketmaster unless you are buying them in person at the Hara Box Office. Hara cannot "hold" tickets for patrons. All ticket purchases through the Hara Box Office must be made in person.
Buy Tickets Online
If purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster Online or through the Ticketmaster phone room (the charge-by-phone number), please be sure to bring your confirmation number with you to the box office to expedite us locating your tickets. Hara accepts Ticketfast (print-at-home) tickets when offered on Ticketmaster Online.
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to the event. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number of the transaction. If an outside Promoter has promised tickets to be at the will-call window for a show, it is the responsibility of the Promoter to be sure that it is taken care of. Hara assumes no responsibility for the negligence of any outside promoter. It is always best to call the Box Office and confirm that tickets have been left for you when possible. We always suggest double-checking with the event Promoter first on the day of the show when possible.
Children's tickets (if less than the regular adult ticket price) are considered discounted, therefore other discounts may not apply to the already-discounted children's ticket. Check with the box office if you have questions concerning discounts. Discounted children's seating may sell out prior to an event. Premium-priced seating generally offers no discounted children's price. It is always best to purchase tickets early and note all details in any advertising.
Parking fees for general public Arena events range from $5 to $10 (depending on the arena event). Events in other parts of the complex (other than the Arena) will vary from Free to $10.00. All parking is on site and within a short walking distance from any entrance. Handicapped parking is available.
Cameras, binoculars or recording devices of any kind are not permitted unless specified on the event page with the event. Laser devices, chains, knives and certain other items are not permitted. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are subject to inspection for the safety of our patrons. Large bags, sealed packages and backpacks are not permitted into the building. Once you have exited the building, there is no re-entry.
Children UNDER 2 are admitted free in most cases except special children's shows such as "Sesame Street Live." Discounts may be available for children 12 and under for select family events - Check event information for details.
Special Seating Arrangements
Hara Arena is handicapped accessible. All patrons needing handicapped seating arrangements must contact the Box Office prior to the event to confirm accommodations. Handicapped seating is limited.
Accurate Seating charts for each specific arena event are available only at the Hara Arena Box Office. If you want to see a specific seating chart, you will need to stop by the box office in person during regular business hours. General seating charts are available at Ticketmaster.com, however they may not be 100% accurate as each show is somewhat unique.
The Hara Arena Box Office is a Ticketmaster outlet for events being held at Hara, only. You can charge tickets by phone at 1-800-745-3000. We cannot answer specific questions concerning seating availability via email since seating changes several times an hour when events are on sale. You will need to contact the box office by phone or in person to inquire about which seats are still available, however it is better to inquire at the time of purchase since tickets cannot be held prior to purchase. During General Admission concerts, floor tickets are STANDING ROOM ONLY and no physical seats are assigned or available on the floor.
The Media are welcomed at Hara and we look forward to making your visit as comfortable and easy as possible, therefore we ask that any working media with credentials needing access to a Hara event contact our Promotions Department in advance for instructions on how to obtain media credentials and to make arrangements for access, press clearance, parking and any technical requirements that you may have. Failure to make advance notification could result in unnecessary delays on the day of the event. We make every attempt to accomodate the Media in accordance with the event Promoter's wishes. The Media policy is determined by the event Promoter and not by Hara.
Doors open for all Hara Arena events a minimum of 60 minutes prior to published show time. Doors open for all other Hara Complex events at published show times.
